There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. Food For Fuel Nutrition aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Since 2014, the Food For Fuel team has been providing clients with personalized online nutrition and fitness services to help improve their long term dietary and lifestyle habits.

With a flexible dieting mindset and responsible approach to fat loss, the Food For Fuel coaches help clients of all levels take control of their nutrition and gain the confidence they’re looking for in a healthy, sustainable way! Here’s what to expect when signing up for weekly online coaching:
A copy of Food For Fuel’s Nutrition Success eBook full of resources to expand your knowledge on healthy lifestyle habits
An initial questionnaire to gather biometrics and personal goals to formulate your customized nutrition plan
A personalized tracking log with daily goals that your coach has access to in real time to evaluate progress
Lessons on nutrition basics, how to track calories/macronutrients and how lifestyle factors can impact progress
Weekly check-ins with your coach and unlimited support to keep you motivated and accountable
ONE-TIME MACRO PROGRAM
This online program is reserved for clients who are confident in tracking macros on their own but have hit a plateau in progress or need a starting point after a hiatus. Upon signing up, your Food For Fuel coach will provide you with the following:
A copy of the Nutrition Success eBook full of resources to expand your knowledge on healthy lifestyle habits
An initial questionnaire to gather biometrics and personal goals to formulate a customized nutrition plan
A personalized tracking log with four weeks of pre-set personalized macros and habit goals
A one time check in with your coach at the end of the month to assess progress
Unlimited support if you need adjustments or have questions along the way
ASS N’ ABS 🍑 WORKOUT PROGRAM
This is an 8 week, pre-programmed workout routine created to help clients grow their glutes and tighten their midsection. Workouts are 30 minutes or less, 3 days a week and can be done anywhere — all that’s needed is a resistance band!
The program is a downloadable PDF that’s yours forever, complete with demo videos to ensure proper movements!
PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM
Amanda and Dana are Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coaches with years of experience training the pregnant and postpartum population. They are currently working on a pre-programmed workout plan for easy, downloadable access. If you are interested in a custom program in the meantime, please reach out!

MEET THE TEAM!
Located just outside of Chicago, Food For Fuel Nutrition is a team of professionals who specialize in custom nutrition and fitness programming. Amanda and Dana started the company in 2014 with a commitment to help their clients live their healthiest and happiest lives. As the business grew, Ryann joined the team and together, they are on a mission to provide nutrition and fitness advice to those in need.
Amanda began her career as a nutrition and fitness specialist in 2014, around the same time she became a competitive Olympic weightlifter. After years of being a Certified CrossFit Trainer, Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, she now focuses on her nutrition clients, small group fitness and pregnancy and postpartum athleticism. Amanda currently holds certifications as a DDC Certified Nutrition Counselor and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. Outside of Food For Fuel and fitness coaching, Amanda is a stay at home mom with her two boys!
Dana’s passion for fitness started when she was a group fitness instructor in college. After graduating and spending 8 years in the construction industry, she took a step back to stay home to raise her two kids. During that time, she devoted her studies to nutrition and fitness by becoming a DDC Certified Nutrition Counselor and Certified CrossFit Trainer. Aside from working with her Food For Fuel clients, Dana is currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach working one-on-one with her clients, while also managing a kids group fitness program in New Lenox.
Ryann grew up a competitive cheerleader and coached cheer for over 10 years. Her passion for athletics led her to make a career shift from a TV news reporter to a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Specialist and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach. Ryann now manages a fitness training program at a local gym working with clients one-on-one and instructing group fitness classes while providing nutrition consulting with Food For Fuel. When Ryann isn’t helping people with their nutrition and fitness goals, she’s spending time her husband and son!
